Reservations

If you would like to visit an apartment, this is normally possible but, if the apartment is occupied, it has to be arranged with our guests. We have an extensive selection of photos of each apartment and, for most apartments, a video tour is available. Please contact our booking team for details. Click here.

If you need to amend your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are generally subject to availability and if you wish to shorten your stay you may be subject to cancellation charges if you don’t provide the level of notice required by the cancellation policy. We’ll always do our best to help with any amendment requests where we can.

Before you arrive you will need to send us a copy of your passport and proof of address. We are also required to check the identification of all non-UK guests who will be living in the apartment to ensure that they are legally allowed to live in the UK. Documents will also need to be verified in person upon arrival for move-in.

Yes. The rate for stays of 90 nights or more is much lower than the short-stay rate. An additional discount is available for longer stays. Please contact us for details.

There is no minimum period but preferential rates are available for longer stays.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days before the check-in date for a full refund, except where a non-refundable rate has been selected.

Payments

Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account we provide you with at the time of booking, or by credit card.

We process the return of your deposit within two days less any deductions where damage has occurred.

Your Stay

The check-in time is 4.00 pm and the check-out time is 11.00 am. Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out can be requested (additional charges may apply).

Before your arrival date we will send you a code for the main entrance door and the key safe in the entrance lobby. The keys to your apartment will be placed in the safe on your day of arrival.

Please put them into the key return box in the main entrance lobby.

We do not provide parking but there are a number of car parks in the immediate vicinity. The closest one (about 5 minutes wall away) is NCP, Brunswick Square, Marchmont Street, London WC1N 1AF.

Yes, we love them! If you would like to bring a pet, please arrange this at the time of booking. A pet accommodation fee applies for each pet.

The apartments on the ground and upper floors are wheelchair accessible and most of them offer direct lift access. However, in two of these apartments there is a change of levels. While some of the bathrooms are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair turning circle, they have not been specifically adapted for wheelchair use.

Luggage storage can be provided, subject to availability.

Each apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis, when there will also be a change of bed linen and towels. You can request additional cleans but there is an extra charge for this.

Yes complimentary Wi-fi broadband is available in all our apartments. The code can be found on the router and in your welcome pack on arrival.
