  • All apartments booked through the Site (or directly with us in any other way) are subject to separate Booking Terms and Conditions. If any inconsistency exists between the Booking Terms and these terms, the Booking Terms will take precedence.
  • We also have a Privacy Policy that explains how we safeguard the privacy of our customers and how we protect any personal information you give us. which can be found elsewhere the Site.
• Intellectual property
  • We are the owner or the licensee of the intellectual property rights to all, apartment details, photographs, images, maps, data and other material ("Information") appearing on the Site (including the Site itself). This is protected by copyright law and our rights in this respect are reserved.
  • Your access to the Information does not give you a license to modify, display, license, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use it, except for the purpose of recording booking details for your personal use.
  • You may link to the home page of the Site, but may not:
    • deep-link or use frames to limit the full intended use of the Site;
    • bypass or circumvent any measures employed by us to limit such deep linking or use of frames;
    • impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site (as determined by us);
